Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Patrick Rohrbasser, originating from the French-speaking area of Switzerland, studied Political Economics and Business Management at the University of St. Gallen. He started his career with Bain & Company in Geneva and Paris, where he developed marketing strategies for leading international companies. He then switched to Diageo, where he worked in various strategy and marketing roles. Before joining emnos he was Sales and Marketing Director of business consultants dunnhumby in London, where he looked after the supermarket chain Tesco. He has been Managing Director Western Europe from September 2003. Since August 2010, Patrick Rohrbasser has held the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the emnos Group.

Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Conrad graduated from the University of Mannheim and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Simon Business School, University of Rochester. He started his career at Consultant at Ernst & Young and as Business Development Manager at an E-Commerce Start-up. Before he became a board member of PAYBACK in Poland, Conrad spent six years working for PAYBACK in Germany. His career saw him progress from Online Account Manager to Product Development Manager before becoming Head of PAYBACK Operations. After ten years at PAYBACK Conrad switched to emnos in March 2011. As COO, he is responsible for product management and development as well as for finance and HR.

Managing Director Central Europe

Nils Michaelis was appointed Managing Director of in December 2010. In this role, he is responsible for operations in German-speaking countries, Poland and the Netherlands.

Nils has more than ten years of international experience in strategic consulting, and extensive background knowledge in commerce, consumer goods and e-commerce. Before joining emnos, he was Managing Director at the consulting company Capham, where he focused on sales activation, marketing, branding and pricing. Previously, he held several roles at Bertelsmann in Hamburg and New York, and worked for six years at the management consulting firm McKinsey with particular focus on consumer-facing industries.
