Diametric wins direct strategy and analytics work with Hachette (on Red, Elle and magazine / web portfolio)
Diametric has futher extended its UK media cleints with its assignment to work across the Hachette magazine and web portfolio.
The initial focus will be on the Red brand, working on the Red Direct mail order and web business. The Diametric team are using their Customer Science suite to generate new customer-level insights and management information - inputting that into a 2007 marketing and commercial strategy.
In addition, the Analytics team has delivered a comprehensive review of the customer data across the Hachette portfolio, making recommendations for new approaches and targeted reader activity in the New Year.
Russ Groombridge, Head of Insight and Analytics at Diametric, said:
