Chief Executive Officer

Patrick Rohrbasser, originating from the French-speaking area of Switzerland, studied Political Economics and Business Management at the University of St. Gallen. He started his career with Bain & Company in Geneva and Paris, where he developed marketing strategies for leading international companies. He then switched to Diageo, where he worked in various strategy and marketing roles. Before joining emnos he was Sales and Marketing Director of business consultants dunnhumby in London, where he looked after the supermarket chain Tesco. He has been Managing Director Western Europe from September 2003 until August 2010.

Chairman

Steve Gray started his career at Procter & Gamble. He held a variety of sales, marketing and category positions and was one of the pioneers of Category Management. Steve then worked for Pepsico as UK Sales Director, and later as Managing Director for Ireland. From 1997 until 2000 he set up and led a UK subsidiary for Italian food multinational Barilla. Before joining emnos, Steve spent more than five years as a Board Member at dunnhumby UK Ltd. As Managing Director of UK & Ireland Steve’s main responsibilities were managing relationships with key clients including Tesco. He was also a Director of dunnhumby USA, a joint venture with Kroger, the second largest grocery retailer in the USA.

Regional Managing Director, UK & International

Robert Diamond is the founder of the UK-based consultancy Diametric, which was acquired by emnos in July 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and marketing consulting. His career has included positions as Principal Associate of Pricewaterhouse Coopers USA as well as Executive Main Board Director of the marketing agency Wunderman. While working at Wunderman he had a leadership role for new service development covering database management and analysis, interactive and CRM consulting. Robert began his career in marketing and sales with Procter & Gamble.
