Robert Diamond is the founder of the UK-based consultancy Diametric, which was acquired by emnos in July 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and marketing consulting. His career has included positions as Principal Associate of Pricewaterhouse Coopers USA as well as Executive Main Board Director of the marketing agency Wunderman. While working at Wunderman he had a leadership role for new service development covering database management and analysis, interactive and CRM consulting. Robert began his career in marketing and sales with Procter & Gamble.

Bob Willmott brings 19 years experience across FMCG, retail loyalty and online space. His career began in brand management in Procter & Gamble and then Kraft Jacobs Suchard, before joining Safeway as part of the ABC loyalty scheme in 1996. In 1998, Bob joined Loyalty Management working with Tesco, Shell and other partners to create a ‘rewards’ proposition for the Clubcard programme. Following 2 years as Digital Marketing Director for EMAP, he joined Robert Diamond in 2001 to grow Diametric and the consulting proposition.
