emnos is part of the Loyalty Partner group of companies (www.loyaltypartner.com). emnos was formed in 2003 as a joint venture between Loyalty Partner and 5one Ltd., a spin-off of the British company dunnhumby and operated under the name 5one GmbH until the start of 2006. In June 2007 emnos acquired the majority of the British analytical marketing specialist Diametric. In January 2008 Diametric re-branded as emnos UK, taking on the name of its holding company.
The company has offices in Munich, London, Paris, Madrid and Warsaw. Managing Directors are Patrick Rohrbasser and Robert Diamond. Steve Gray is Chairman of the emnos Group.
