Diametric to deliver multi-channel survey analysis for The Body Shop International plc.
Diametric has been selected by The Body Shop to run extensive global multi-channel survey analysis across 30 countries, with coverage of a total of 496 stores.
The analysis will combine insights from their global in-store paper-based survey with feedback from The Body Shop's online channel, www.thebodyshop.com. In addition, Diametric will conduct analysis of The Body Shop At Home™ customers in the UK, and a further two surveys in both the US and the UK which will look at At Home™ consultants across the two markets.
Diametric's analytical approach will be targeted to help The Body Shop to understand annual trends and global variations in its customers' purchasing drivers, shopping experiences and perceptions of the brand
