Diametric have been invited to deliver a workshop on "Maximising Revenues in a Mature Marketplace" at the Total Telecoms World Telecommunications Congress being held in Amsterdam on April 17th-20th 2007.

Robert Diamond, founder and Cheif Executive of Diametric, will deliver the session.

The workshop will address how telecoms businesses can drive revenue in mature marketplaces through building brands and customer loyalty and will look particularly at how to increase revenues from existing customers versus the challenges of customer acquisition and churn.

In addition, Diametric will be encouraging participants to "look into the future" and create competitive advantage through informed planning for future trends utilising Diametric's proprietary "Future World" methodology to identify new routes to market and drivers of customer behaviour.
