Diametric to sponsor and speak at the Marketing Week Insight Summit

Diametric is partnering with Marketing Week as one of the lead sponsors for the Insight Summit taking place on 26th-27th June 2007 at the Hilton London Olympia Hotel.

Diametric is sharing the platform with senior marketers from - among others - Royal Mail Group, Unilever, Loyalty Partner, Norwich Union, dunnhumby, BBC Worldwide, T-Mobile International, Virgin Atlantic, InterQuest, Loyalty Management Group, Marketforce and Nunwood. Across the two day event, speakers will provide actionable insights and offer up smarter strategies to deliver value from customer data.

On the first day of the Summit, speakers will share their expertise on 'Enhancing the customer experience', with Norwich Union and Nunwood collaborating on the keynote address, 'Uncovering the connection between consumer experience and the bottom line'. There will also feature a live panel discussion on relationship marketing with leading loyalty scheme operators, dunnhumby, Loyalty Management Group, The Light Agency and Loyalty Partner.

Day Two will focus on the theme of 'Insights for the customer centric company'. The programme for the day features a case study delivered by InterQuest on 'Successfully utilising online communities for innovation and customer driven NPD', and insights from Channel 4 on 'Tapping into core segments within mass markets'. The session will round off with a panel discussion centred on whether traditional methodologies can still 'cut the mustard'.

Delegates and speakers at the summit are also invited to attend the cocktail reception hosted by Diametric on the first day of the event.
