Shopping around in the Swinging 60s - Diametric to speak

Diametric have been invited to deliver a keynote address to the Swinging 60s and Baby Boomers conference being held in London on November 7th/8th, 2006.

Robert Diamond, founder and Chief Executive of Diametric, will present a consumer forum around achieving loyalty in an increasingly 'shop around' culture.

The forum will address how businesses can create a loyal demographic through timely and clever communications and will cover the shopping habits of the senior consumer, how to promote brand loyalty through open dialogue and reactive strategies, and how to create an atmosphere where senior consumers feel valued.

Diametric also recently presented 'Trends in targeting the over 50s' at the In Cosmetics conference held in Barcelona earlier this year, and has previously done work for several companies including The Mirror Group, Unilever and WHSmith around unlocking the value of older consumers, and implications and trends in marketing to the over 50s.

Other companies presenting at the November conference inlcude HSBC, Unilever, ITV, MSN and The Telegraph.
