2012

Loyalty World

19th – 21st March 2012, Bonn
The first Loyalty World in Germany took place and emnos was sponsor of the Customer Intelligence Day on March 19th. After the welcome note by Patrik Rosar, Director Consulting at emnos, Director Product Management Ansgar Schneider dealt with the question, how to increase business profitability through applying Customer Insights. Also, Ansgar introduced innovative tools for data analysis and decision making.

Gran Consumo

1st March 2012, Madrid
Jesús García, Country Manager of emnos Iberia, started the conference with a presentation about product range optimization. He showed, how retailers may align product categories to customer’s needs and thus generate growth.

Marketing Forum 2011

11-13 October, Barcelona

The Marketing Forum 2011, organised by the Consumer Goods Forum, focused on "Turning Consumer & Shopper Inisghts into Growth". On October 13, Luc Demeulenaere, Senior Advisor emnos, lead the session "The Consumer & Shopper Journey - Customer-Centric Value Creation between Retailers and Manufacturers". Dieter Ebbers, Director Market Research at Henkel showcasted how this approach works in the field.

A deep dive for the The Retail Week Conference 2011
16th & 17th March, London, United Kingdom
Robert Diamond, CEO of emnos UK and Regional Director emnos International, hosted a session with the title Helping make the world's #2 retailer more customer-centric. In this presentation, he showed how emnos has been working with Carrefour to help optimise their investments in customer marketing; merchandising (assortment, price, promotion); and stores format. Carrefour is the world's second largest retailer by revenue and the largest operator of hypermarket format stores.
