emnos UK announced that it had recruited six new hires into its Graduate Programme to help support the continued rapid expansion of its business.

Building on the successful graduate intakes in 2007 and 2008, emnos UK has taken on board a mix of analysis and consulting skills to help further its growth in the three principal industry sectors of Retail & FMCG, Gaming & Leisure, and Consumer Markets focused on utilities, telecoms and financial services. Once again, emnos UK has been able to recruit from top UK universities including Oxford and Cambridge, as well as leading European analytical school ENSAI France.

Speaking of the move, UK Chief Executive Robert Diamond said: "We have been successful in bringing graduates through our business, with all of our previous intakes having stayed and grown with us. This is our biggest initiative so far but is essential to help support the continued rapid growth we are seeing across all UK sectors and in retail in North America".

emnos UK currently works for four of the top ten UK retailers as well as other leading brands including The National Lottery, British Gas, BP, Sporting Bet and Air Miles. 

For graduates they offer a one year programme that has been developed to combine on-the-job training, mentoring, coaching and facilitated development. From day one, graduates find themselves working on real business projects contributing within a team to the current business strategy while being mentored the whole way through. Every graduate will be taken through various training from business strategies, to client projects to core skills like writing presentations, project management and the functionality of various software applications.
