    Florian Baur gained broad experience in CRM and loyalty in retail and FMCG with emnos’ sister company, PAYBACK - the global leader in coalition loyalty. After several years working with PAYBACK retail partners in Germany, he went on to launch and manage the new business unit PAYBACK Media in the German market. In 2011 he was appointed Managing Director of PAYBACK Italy and successfully led the launch of PAYBACK in the Italian market. After returning to Germany, he joined the emnos leadership team in 2014 and assumed responsibility on the emnos Global Management Board for the client engagements in Northern Europe and USA.

    Jesús García has extensive experience supporting corporations in driving growth from customer data insights. At dunnhumby, the Tesco affiliate company, he initially helped define Tesco‘s data solution and later became International Data Solutions Director. Prior to that he held positions at the French consultancy Altran and led the direct marketing team at Procter and Gamble Iberia. Having joined the company in 2007 as Managing Director of emnos Iberia, Jesús was appointed COO of the emnos Group in September 2012.

    Atessa Mohséni-Leroy  has an impressive track in strategy and management consulting and also in international brand management. At Bossard Gemini Consulting, she supported a number of high-profile companies from the retail and consumer goods sectors. Other positions held by Atessa include Director of International Marketing at Givenchy, Deputy Managing Director at Kookai and Managing Director at Ober and Henri-Lloyd (Lafuma Group). Atessa has been with emnos and in her current role since 2006. In October 2012, she took on additional responsibility for managing company business in Spain and Portugal.

Pascale was also a member of the Executive Committee at Monoprix.
