This not only delivers value for members through promoted prices and points, but also provides Walgreens with an incredibly rich customer behavioral database which is used to inform every strategy and activation. Shortly after the 2012 launch of Balance Rewards, Walgreens partnered with emnos to begin utilizing behavioral data to engage customers through personalized communication.
