This week, we are featuring Erika Donigan who is our Global Marketing Manager.

  1. Where did you start your career ?

I started my career in 2012 as a competitive intelligence intern at Amway based in Grand Rapids, MI. Upon graduation I joined Ipsos in its brand and advertising research division where I discovered my passion for marketing.

  1. When did you start at emnos? What brought you here?

I started with emnos in the beginning of 2016 as a consultant for one of our US-based clients. I was intrigued with emnos, having spent the early part of my career in market research, because of its work with retailers and their shopper data. The concept of answering important marketing and merchandising questions and making impactful decisions based on actual shopper behavior really spoke to me.

  1. What unique perspective does your experience bring to your leadership role and the company?

Having spent most of my career in both the B2B and branding space, I feel that I really connect with and understand what will help a company break through the clutter to be seen and heard within a crowded marketplace. Having had a lot of opportunities to work in different areas of the company also allows me a unique take on how to speak to what we do in a resonating way.

  1. What do you love most about your job?

Definitely the people! I really enjoy working with a talented and vibrant group who are truly passionate about what they do and driving our business forward to help our clients.

  1. What advice would you give to your younger self?

Trust your gut and always believe in yourself.
