Johannes has always been a sports enthusiast. So, it's no coincidence that his career began at sporting goods manufacturer Amer Sports, which owns iconic brands such as Arc'teryx, Wilson, and Salomon. As a project and program manager for large, global rollouts, he gained direct insight into the entire breadth of the business world of sport.
His next stop took him to Intersport, one of the largest sports retailers in the world, where he worked as Head of Corporate Development.
Inspired by the idea of using data to shape the future of sports retail, he joined emnos, where today, as Chief Sales Officer, he is turning his vision of bringing the two sides of the same coin - sports retail and sporting goods manufacturers - together and making them successful through genuine collaboration into reality.

After completing her sports studies, Susanne knew she wanted to work in the sporting goods industry. Her passion for the products she values across a wide range of sports inspired her to turn this enthusiasm into her profession.
She began her career in purchasing at Sport Scheck. There, with a stint in Puma's Key Account team, she worked her way through all levels, gaining extensive experience from her role as an operational purchasing assistant to becoming a strategically focused department head.
With this knowledge, she went on to build and lead the purchasing team at Keller Sports for many years. As a data-driven online company, Keller Sports naturally relied on data and facts to achieve its business goals.
Susanne now brings this decades-long expertise in both retail and industry to emnosSPORTS, where she defines platform content, supports partner usage and creates win-win situations for all through efficient collaboration between retailers and suppliers.
